Wrench Masters is seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and brake inspections
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and other vehicle systems
- Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with service advisors about vehicle issues and recommended repairs
- Keep tools and work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Stay current on new automotive technology and repair techniques
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification preferred
- ASE certification or equivalent is a plus
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions
